Do you just pay them to send out emails to an opt in list and design if needed or are there other fees too, like fees for links and fees for every time that link is clicked?

They all are different marketing methods. Pay per click.. You can do it through google or yahoo.. any one clicks on your web site you’ll pay .. You can buy e mail list.. or you can pay mkting monthly.. So many options, so many companies, so much to ripp you off.. I’ve got ripped off.. live another day..
